[log] Best before 2018

新年あけましておめでとうございます。

2018年最後に見た映画は、既に書いたようにCurzonのAldgateでの”Bird Box” (2018)でした。
2019年最初に聴いたレコードは昨年再発されたThe Fallの”I Am Kurious Oranj”のA面を。だいすき。

New Yearの川べりの花火は今年も行かず、でも昨年よか派手で、窓からは遠くの3方向でやっているのが見えた。
BBCでは花火の中継に続けてMadnessの年越しライブを流していて、だから今年最初に聴いたのは彼らの”It Must Be Love” でしたの。
そのまま最初にTVで見た映画は”The Blues Brothers” (1980) のAretha - John Lee Hooker - Ray Charles のとこ、ああみんな死んじゃったなあ、って。寝て起きてからは”The Sound of Music” (1965) とか “Funny Face” (1957)とか、元旦のTVはこういうクラシックをがんがん流してくれるとこがうれしい。

2018年、映画館で見た映画はぜんぶで、297本あった。
『いくらなんでも見過ぎだと思うので、今年は少し抑えて』と昨年は書いたのだったが、なんか会社の後にジム行ったりランしたりしないと気持ち悪くなる、ていう変な人とかいるでしょ、あれと同じかな、と思って。 他方で、本読む時間がなくなってしまった。

アート関係の展示・展覧会は、まだイタリアのをちゃんと数えていないのだが、だいたい190くらい、音楽のライブは50本も行けた。
